1 tbsp Parsley
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup of soy sauce
1 tbsp hot sauce
Mix in a large gallon plastic bag and add up to 5 lbs of wing dings or whole wings. Seal it tight and coat wings well. Place in fridge over night or for at least 3 hours.
Put wings evenly on a pan, ceramic or metal, and cook for 1.5 hours on 425. If fewer wings, you may reduce your cooking time.
