This spectacular nighttime parade includes dozens of illuminated floats, marching bands, over 50 other entries, and, of course, Santa Claus.

Detroit Veterans' Day Parade
When: 11/8/14 (Saturday)
Where: Starts at Woodward Avenue & Temple, Downtown Detroit
The 9th Annual Veterans Day Parade gives Detroiters a chance to pay homage to its veterans as they march down Woodward Avenue to Hart Plaza. The parade will close with a special recognition ceremony honoring ten local veterans who served in the Vietnam War
